Good morning, and here we go again! Waking up in the early morning... Shower, brush teeth and then get ready to walk a kilometer or more journey from Muntri to Gurney! This time we're heading to the beach, and is like the tourist side of Penang. It took us like 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach to our destination. And Gurney is like a whole different side of the places where we visited. You can smell the saltiness of the sea, hear the gentle sound of the wave and the voices of the seagull. It's like the real beach xD What am I talking bout... Anyways, this is the place where Kim Jung Gi will be giving lessons, the Gurney Paragon! The main purpose to come Penang Island is to participate this "Kim Jung Gi One Step To Penang" event, organized by The One Academy Penang is opened for The One Academy students. But before telling you more about this event, let's take a look at these photos of Gurney beach shall we? =D
So yeah... We've reached Gurney Paragon! I thought it's a mall but turns out to be something else, something like IOI Boulevard or SetiaWalk... A good place for you to draw. You still can smell the sea saltiness from the Paragon... Or maybe just my nose was being too sensitive or something... Good thing about this paragon place is they have free Wi-Fi, so I can surf the internet or something there with my iPad. Nothing better to do than updating my Instagram, check notification and stuffs like that. I'm an active user >=D By the time we arrived there were already some Penang branch people arriving already. So we guessed we weren't the only one who came too early. And we thought we would be late to the event but then we were early. If we're gonna have this activity with the Penang people, then I'm going to see some of the Penang students I've talked to in the Facebook... I recognized some faces, but didn't talk to them because I don't have much interaction with them =O I thought I saw one of my Penang friends, Ming Kai =O Only got confirmed when he called me. And by this time we went to have our breakfast. AY Kenny was "terribly hungry", intended to buy 10 burgers but only get two instead. I wasn't hungry at all but for the sake of my stomach, I better eat before I get hungry in the middle of the activity or something...

The second session was the sharing session with Kim Jung Gi, he demonstrated a lot of stuffs and most of us were really impressed by the speed he draws. He doesn't need any measurements, constructions or whatsoever. His best known skill is drawing perspective. He can just draw anything he wants whenever he thinks of it... Like OH MY GOD right... I guess you wouldn't know how impressive he is until you see him drawing in real life... Hehe, I suddenly feel so proud for being able to participate this activity. Like, really awesome! Look at the dragon he drew! It only took him less than fifteen minutes to complete it! And although I haven't learn Perspective Studies, (going to learn in the next semester), I was still impressed by the speed he draws without any constructions! There I repeated it again... I didn't take much photos in this section because I was too focused on what he was doing. Catching what he draws, the details and stuffs is actually quite tiring... I was mentally exhausted when was trying to catch up he draw xD But it's all fine.
